SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text-message (SMS) communications sent through the Lilo platform by businesses that use Lilo ("Subscribers"). By opting in to SMS from a Lilo Subscriber, you agree to these terms. They supplement Lilo's Terms & Conditions and SMS Privacy Policy.
1.Program Description
The Lilo SMS program lets a business you have a relationship with send you text messages about your appointments and, where you separately opt in, occasional promotions. Lilo provides the messaging technology on the business's behalf.
2.Types of Messages
You may receive:
- Transactional messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and cancellations; and
- Promotional messages — offers and updates, only if you separately opt in to marketing texts.
3.Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your appointments and the business's activity. You are not charged a per-message fee by Lilo or the business.
4.Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Check with your carrier for details.
5.Opt-In
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box when booking an appointment or managing your profile with the business. Transactional and promotional consents are collected separately, are unchecked by default, and consent is never a condition of booking or purchase.
6.Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending texts to that number. To resume, reply START.
7.Help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact the business directly. You may also email support@heylilo.co.
8.Carriers and Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and conditions.
9.Privacy
Your mobile information is handled per our SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
